A Morning Swim Series for Adults Ready to Face the Water
This 2–3 week early-morning series is for creatives and adults who are ready to process water fear, release the shame of not knowing how to swim, and finally learn in a safe, supportive space.
Each session combines gentle grounding, community support, and beginner-friendly swim instruction. We’ll focus on water comfort, breathing, floating, kicking, pool safety, and building confidence step by step.
This is not a pool party. This is for people who are committed to showing up, practicing, and learning for real.
Sessions: 7:00AM – 8:30AM
Location: Private pool, address shared after registration
Bring: Swimwear, towel, water, goggles if you have them, and a willingness to learn.
